Refund/Withdrawal Policy for Ironman USA Races
Athletes who withdraw by the applicable date will receive a partial refund of $150 US for full Ironman races and $75 US for Ironman 70.3 races.
There will be NO REFUNDS of any sort, for any reason, after the withdrawal date. To view the Refund/Withdrawal Policy for each race, please log onto the specific race website and check the Frequently Asked Questions page.
Please notify the Ironman office by using the Athlete Services form on the contact page at
www.ironmanusa.com/contact. Refunds for all participants will be charged back to your credit card via Active.com. Entries are not transferable between years nor races. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing of your refund.
